1.WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

 

  • Custom units have a 3-5 business day processing time with a shipping timeframe of 1-3 business days.

  • Made To Order units have a 2-4 business days processing time and then will be shipped(1-3 business days).

  • Ready to Wear units have a 1-2 business day processing time with a 1-3 business day shipping time frame.

  • I am not liable for any late, missing, or damaged packages after the package has been shipped and out of my hands.

**Business days are Monday-Friday and does NOT include weekends!!**

2.WHAT IS YOUR LOCAL PICKUP POLICY?

  • Same Day pickup orders but be ordered between the hours of "8am-11:30am." (could be prolonged due to payment processing)

  • All orders outside of same day pickup hours have a 1 business day processing time that could be prolonged if your payment takes longer to process.

  • You must wait until you've received the pickup ready email to retrieve your order. You must reply to this email for a timeframe and the designated location.

  • You may be required to sign a paper or document confirming that you have indeed received your product.

3. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

 

  • For any undamaged, unused product of original condition, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 3 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

  • In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return or refund: Custom or Made To Order units, Sale/Clearance Items, and any product that is in any shape or form out of its original condition upon its purchase.

4. HOW LONG WILL THE EXTENSIONS LAST?

 

With the proper care as stated in the Hair Tips section of the website you extensions can last upward of 1-2+ years.

5. HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE A HAIR APPOINTMENT?
